I was surprised to see that Mills has only a 3.3 rating. My brother is currently in the ICU there and he has received excellent care. The staff is so caring, accommodating, and so communicative. I have to give special mention to Drs Zeider, Annon, Coskey, Sanjojo for their beautiful bedside manner and full transparency. I want to also mention the wonderful nurses we came in contact with who were his angels and warrior fighters, Gen, Carolina, Cathy, Heather, Vlad, Kate, Angela, and others whom we didn't meet because they were doing their magic on the night shift. We are eternally grateful to all of you. Patricia Esteve

I am extremely grateful to the team at Mills-Peninsula Medical Center, for the care they provided to my mother when she suffered a stroke. The staff were not only professional and highly skilled but also warm, friendly, and genuinely supportive throughout the entire process. Their kindness and attentiveness made a very difficult time much more manageable. I cannot thank them enough for their exceptional care!

To the Nursing Leadership Team at Mills-Peninsula Hospital, I recently had a very challenge surgery at your hospital, and I want to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude to the incredible nurses who cared for me during my stay. This was one of the most significant moments of my life, and the kindness, professionalism, and compassion shown by your team made all the difference in my recovery. I especially want to recognize Megan, Olga, Therese, Dominique, and Journey for their exceptional care. Each of them went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable, safe, and emotionally supported through every step of this major procedure. Their gentle reassurance, attention to detail, and genuine compassion helped transform what could have been a very difficult experience into one filled with hope and calm. Thanks to their dedication, I am now healing well, walking again, and looking forward to the months of recovery ahead. I truly felt cared for not only as a patient, but as a person. Please extend my heartfelt appreciation to each of these nurses and let them know how much their professionalism and warmth meant to me. Mills-Peninsula Hospital should be proud to have such an outstanding team representing the best in patient care. With sincere gratitude, Chloe October 22, 2025

This review is solely for my son's nurse in emergency 12/5/25 day shift. I asked for her supervisors name and was told that it was unknown. My son who recently had heart surgery was brought in for excruciating pain in his shoulder and chest area. He was given all kinds of medication and nothing was working. We were there since 639 am all day until finally he was given anti inflammatory around 4 pm thru IV which finally gave him some comfort while they figured out what was wrong. I understand the demands of being a nurse. But not once did you come to check in while we were there. I had to go look for you. I was sitting behind the curtain which does not close all the way. You couldn't see me but I could see you when you would come in to give medicine dr ordered rolling your eyes. We told you that he hadn't taken his medication that morning. He brought his meds with him and you told us to go ahead and give it to him but later that day after shift change it was evening already and we told the nurse who took over shift that he had not had his evening medications and he said that they would get them from pharmacy (which they did) and give to him because it was not allowed to take medication that he brought from home but yet that was not a concern for you earlier when you told us to give it to him. After all the stress we went thru that day you really made it an awful experience. After shift change and your replacement came in the difference was noticeable. We have been to this facility alot this past month and when he had heart surgery the nursing staff was wonderful. The nursing staff after you left this day and he was admitted later that evening were wonderful. So again I want to emphasize that this review is solely for the nurse working ER 12/5 day shift.

It was a very long 6 hour wait the lobby was great but me staff inside the emergency and no compassion was impatient and they kicked me out in my time of need.. Of ule we're not help me until I was ready to leave without seeing a doctor and another nurse and even the supervisor shut me because I was upset when I woke up. I never saw a doctor. This was a bad visit. Although the hospital stay was good then they push me out too fast and I had to come back 2 days later. That was Dr Lee
