very negative exprience talking to Lisa (the receptionist). She forgot 1 page of my immigration documents in the copy machine and told me after I shipped it out to my lawyer. During the call, she just told me to pick up another one without the slightest compunction. Excuse me? This is my immigration document. I requested apology from her, but she was very rude, impolite and unprofessional. I asked the doctor Yong Liu for help, he said maybe Lisa was under pressure,but what's the business with a patient? If a patient with cancer came to the office, the patient has to be responsible for any unprofessional behavior from Lisa? In the end, they covered fedex shipping to re-ship the correct documents. Interesting. If you need an immigration physical exam, I don't recommend this place in case of any delay of your case, or potential rejection of missing document pages.
