★★★★★

Urology was very thorough and efficient. The location is super easy to get to and you can park right out in front if you can find a space. The outside is clean and no one was loitering or panhandling. The building is modern. Very happy with the pleasant and eager staff to help me get to my appointment on time.

I arrived and was late 15 minutes due to constant rerouting of buildings they did not accommodate my needs and claimed would validate my parking without evening asking where I parked, inconveniece because now i have to pay for parking. I even made myself available to wait and was denied my appointment. Horrible customer service do not come here.

I had seen Dr Jeter for an epidural two and a half years ago and I was very impressed; so I returned. Do not waste your time and especially not your money seeing her or going to this pain management facility. After being told that everything was approved by my insurance I paid $500 out of pocket for the facility and was billed another thousand for my visit with her. Her course of action was an anti-inflammatory into my hip which, after the numbness was off, was much more painful than when I'd gone in to see her. Following that I decided it was better to opt for surgery someplace else. I spoke with her office and requested something for the pain... they are a Pain Management Center correct? They said Doctor declined & would have to see me again for her to prescribe any medication. REALLY. SO I SHOULD PAY ANOTHER $1,000 FOR HER TO SEE ME AND FOR ME TO TELL HER WHAT SHE DID DIDN'T WORK, FOR HER TO GIVE ME SOMETHING FOR THE PAIN BEFORE I HAVE SURGERY NEXT MONTH. Waste of time and money, go elsewhere.

This is a review for Dr Stuart Reed. Dr. Reed is not really interested in taking care of his patients in the way that I think a doctor should be. He's very difficult to get on the phone. It's basically impossible. They will request that you come see the doctor in person so that they can charge for the time. He's also very evasive in person when you try and Find out how much something is going to cost. It's clear that the main priority is the money and not the patients. Myself and two other people have had the same experience with Dr. Reed I'm sure they will be leaving reviews here shortly. If you want a Doctor Who is going to make you feel like you were taken care of and that your well-being is a priority you should look elsewhere.

This review is for Dr. Jangouk. I'd first like to start off by saying that I've been dealing with a gastro issue for almost a year at this point and somehow finally came across her office. They called me and told me they had availability last minute, I took it because I was desperate at that point. I went in for my consult and told her that my general doctor had written out a prescription for an endoscopy, I expressed to her how nervous I was about the procedure and without even going into detail, she decided that I was to be out under anesthesia, which made me even more nervous because I had never been under anesthesia. She almost didn't want to deal with my anxiety and decided that because I was such an 'anxious' patient, that that would be the only option. I felt I didn't have any say, so I simply complied. We scheduled the endoscopy for the following month (which was ridiculous because I've known people to get one a week after visiting their specialists) and I figured I'd be phoned and told what to expect or at least some sort of preparation. During this time, my insurance was in the process of changing and I called this doctors office countless times and couldn't get ahold of anyone! I finally spoke to someone about a pre op (blood work) and I asked them if I needed one. It's their job to call me and let me know that I need one or not! I also asked about the night before the procedure and what I needed to do, so they finally emailed me with instructions. Basically, had I not reached them, I wouldn't know what to do and I wouldn't have given blood. My procedure was scheduled on a Monday and I got a phone call the Friday before. Someone form this office called me at 4:58pm stating that my insurance was not valid. Their office closes at 5:00pm!!! She said she'd call me back and never did. Then, I got a call from a 'facility' stating that I was going in as a cash patient at the hospital, I agreed, and this young woman stated I had to pay her $9,000 upfront come Monday morning!!! I couldn't get ahold of the doctor or anyone in the office and I had 2 days to wonder about how I was to move forward that Monday morning. Peoples health is not a joke! And the fact that this 'physician' didn't even care to follow up with me or even give me the chance to figure it out really makes me angry! I've been feeling ill for almost a year now and this doctor was so inconsiderate of my situation! That Monday morning came and I was called by the doctors office and missed the call. I phoned them back and I was passed back and forth to about 6 people to get an answer!! I was furious! I finally spoke to someone who stated that the doctor called out sick. This is the MOST unprofessional doctor and doctors office I've ever dealt with! Some doctors don't have the greatest bedside manner, but this was beyond my comprehension! Needless to say, I didn't get my endoscopy, and this HORRIBLE Dr. Jangouk didn't even phone me to explain herself! I wouldn't recommend anyone to this specialist. In a way, I'm almost relieved that I didn't have this woman go into my stomach with a camera. She's careless and doesn't have her patients best interest at heart.
