I've been a patient at Facey Medical Group in Burbank for a few years, and they've been consistently excellent. From the front desk to the doctors, everyone's professional, kind, and genuinely attentive. The facility is very clean and overall staff is very attentive and helpful . It's rare to find a clinic this organized and compassionate

I have been with Facey Medical for over 10 years. They are the best from my primary doctor to the specialists, to the entire office staff. They are caring, great communication, friendly and very professional. I get the time I need, questions answered, issues explained in detail and for me great teamwork. I never feel rushed. I can't imagine having any other medical group. My primary doctor is exceptional and is on top of my treatment plan. I highly recommend Facey in Burbank.

Facey is super mediocre. If you want the warmth , friendliness and great relationship with a physician that goes over your concerns and really takes the time to understand your needs, look for another medical group. They're the fast food version of medical groups. Their physicians are encouraged to keep it short & sweet and see as many patients as possible, which is not ideal for anyone's health journey.

Burbank Facey is incredibly well organized. I appreciate the effort to get forward looking appointments and referrals and getting more than one thing done at your appointment. The question about if there's more time at your appointment, what would you like to discuss is incredibly well placed. I appreciate that. They understand the value of someone's time.
