Today, August 23, 2023, I received a call from the doctors office today that my appointment was canceled as the Dr. was sick. I missed the call and had to call the office. I sincerely hope it's nothing serious and he will be well very quickly. However the office called me again and did not leave a voice message. I think that is Rude and very unprofessional. So again I am calling the office and on hold for another 20 minutes. So 40 minutes of my life I'll never get back. Hoorah! someone picked up my call. I found out it was Angie who refused to leave me a voice message afterI left her one hours before to be please put me on a list for a cancellation and to please call me back. So everyone Angie will not leave you a message.. Fact. I lived it.
