As a patient of Dr. Mok for 10 years, I can't say enough good things about him. He is very intelligent, very up-to-date on latest treatment options, explains things thoroughly, and is very patient about answering questions. When a health decision needs to be made, he is so helpful by explaining pros and cons and options, which enables me to participate in the process, but with the benefit of his expertise and experience. He is also very down-to-earth and kind.
Dr. Mok is an incredible and thorough physician. My husband who is very young had already had open heart surgery for triple bypass at UCLA in 2018. And then had A-fib and A- flutter. Dr. Mok was incredibly patient as I asked question after question. He answered every concern to a wife's satisfaction. We scheduled during the height of the pandemic for the procedure at St. Joseph's Hospital. It went off without a hitch and as my husband recovered in the recovery room Dr. Mok was present and once again was thorough and was encouraging. We were home that evening and Dr. Mok and his staff followed up with us. Dr. Mok is not only very intelligent he is a talented interventional cardiologist. He is also genuinely kind and considerate. Highly recommend!
