I had vomiting due to food poisoning that vomiting cause my heart rate to increase I called the nurse on call and Dr caceres called me back right away I told him what I was experiencing and he told me to go into the office so I did. I got there at 8:10 didn't leave until 10:30. I don't understand why have me go in knowing you're super booked and knowing my situation. I had vomiting and body aches which he knew! I was passing out waiting for an answer and to be seen. I was so weak and could barely walk and he got upset because my husband complained about the wait. He also started to tell me things that I'm waisting his time and mine if I don't take the medicine which he knew of prior to this visit thatI don't take! I had little to no energy to try to defend myself and tell him that his other practitioners said it was okay if I didn't have to take the medicine if I didn't need it ( heart palpitation medicine). I wasn't going to try and defend myself and waist the little energy I had. All he did was give me anti vomiting needs and send me on my way. Here I am 3 hours in the Emergency room hooked to iv fluids because the medication I took (the one he told me stuff about for not taking) didn't help me nor was it going to because I was very dehydrated! Thanks doctor but I won't be returning here again. Edit to add 4/5/22: wrong the doctor did not tell me I would have to wait until after all his appointments were seen. He kept me waiting for two hours! Why have me come in to the office in the first place? Knowing my situation! Why not send me to the emergency room? He knew my symptoms, instead he chose to keep me waiting! Had I known I was going to wait for 2 hours and nearly pass out due to dehydration, I would have gone straight to the e.r at 3 in the morning when my symptoms started. He failed to make an educated call, and instead sent me home with medication that would have never helped because there was an underlying problem that needed to be seen stat! I was experiencing tachycardia and let me tell you I was seen so fast in the E.R because that's how urgent my problem was! Do me a favor and remove me from your appointments I will not be returning.

It would be five stars because the doctors are amazing. But the receptionists are horrible. They have been nothing but rude, they purposely schedule me the furthest appointment from the day I call. They give me impossible time frames. And act as if they do nothing wrong. Trying to feel important when the job can easily be replaced by a clip board. Switching my primary care because the receptionist does not understand the importance of patients and medication, the complications of withdrawals when not given a proper date for an appointment. Thank God for emergency rooms or I would be dead by now because of "the receptionist"...

I have come here since 2015 to get physical exams for tennis. I love how fast the wait time is and how accommodating they are. Doctor Ace Alvarez is my main doctor. He's very caring and immediately understands my needs. It wasn't that hard to communicate with him regarding any internal health problems I was experiencing. I really recommend this place.

I been with this office for atleast 7 yrs . I never had a bad experience with them except when they use to have the old receptionist and now they change the stuff they are more professional. Most specifically when the NP Ace Alvarez is very professional he is always taking time to express his concerns to the patients I never doubted him because he is always attentive to his patients!! I can see the connections between doctors and patients thru him !!I thank him so much!! Yes this office is very busy but that doesn't mean they're incompetent!! They are very nice to all of their patients!! Thank you Caceres stuff most specifically NP Ace Alvarez!!!

I have been a patient of Caceres Medical Group for 7 years now. The care level I received so far is nothing but excellent. Ace Alvarez, NP is amazing! He's the front line defense of this office in helping patients. He takes the time to answer all questions his patients have and address them accordingly, he's friendly and extremely professional. Ace truly connects with his patients. He even takes the time to personally contact you regarding medical result. In the past they may have had a rude and disrespectful employee but that's been addressed and now you can see and feel harmonious vibes within the staff. In my past corporate work experience, friendly & good customer service is expected from the servicer however, it doesn't mean a client can be dismissively rude just because you didn't have enough time to discuss your issues or for whatever reasons. It's always best to have a list ready for your medical concerns to discuss with your healthcare provider and have a meaningful visit. This office is truly busy but patients keep coming back for continuous care. I have also experienced to walk-in (without appointment) simply because I wasn't feeling well and I did waited for a while but I expected that patients with appointments are served first. I didn't have shortness of breath, chest pain, or fainting spells so I'm perfectly ok with the wait otherwise if I did have one or two of the medical conditions mentioned I would have rushed to ER where one should be at anyway. This office is awesome and will continue to get medical care from Ace and the whole team!
