Absolutely terrible patient service. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. I arrived a few minutes early, but the building has controlled-access elevators. When I arrived, no one from security was present to let me up to the doctor's office, causing me to be about 10 minutes late to my appointment. The office managers said that because I was *10 minutes late*, I could no longer be seen. I took off of work and paid for parking (oh, and they don't validate either). AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. If they cannot do the basics right like having someone to let patients inside their own facility, then you should not trust them whatsoever with your medical care.
