Wow! I have been going here for 20+ years and the quality of the office staff is frightening! Rude, combative, non-compassionate. I spoke with Ashley to schedule an appointment, not only rude (with attitude), but over-the-top condescending too!

I admit I waited a bit for my appointment but once I got into the dr's office, I was stunned to have a doctor spend 3 hours with me. He diligently went thru my medical history, the symptoms I was living with which other doctors ignored, and mapped out a plan to find out what was truly up with my heart. This is a one stop shop - no need to go to multiple appointments and offices to get an EKG reader or an ultra sound (I'm talking to you UCLA). I finally feel like I have a heart team to help me navigate my issues.

I'd prefer to give 2 stars but because the staff was helpful and efficient I decided against it. My complaint is solely with my interaction with the Doctor regarding billing. After being serviced for care via the phone, I received a bill I needed clarification on. Rather than listen to my questions, the doctor continuously interrupted me, raised his voice and threatened to send my bill to collections. This was my first and last experience with this doctor. I never got the clarification I needed and after the doctor refused to listen I decided to hang up. I paid to avoid him sending my bill to collections prematurely but was very disappointed and disturbed by his behavior.

Doctors are amazing, so are majority of the staff but what we noticed are some employees have extreme entitlement levels, are rude with attitude and they address patients as.. hey, bro or ey. Most of the time you get a feeling they are unorganized or some are hired because of employee shortage or something. The way some staff conduct themselves are extremely unethical.

Been here since 12, in the waiting room. it's currently 1:30. Supposably whole staff is on lunch ever since I walked in. So far it's been 90 minutes with no progress. The receptionists keep saying everyone's on lunch. While they sit there and chit chat about how they just started their periods. People Probably die of old age sitting in the waiting room waiting to get treated. Trash establishment, trash service, trash employees.
