Family Health Center of Benicia

This practice is full of incompetent staff members. Not sure how they stay in business as their practice is mismanaged and make egregious errors in the delivery of care to their patients. A complaint to the medical board was filed due to their negligence and horrible practices.

I see nurse practitioner Kennedy and she's wonderful! Very knowledgeable, friendly and good at discussing options. I've never had issues with appointments and they seem organized

I want to acknowledge the helpful person who works here. Neal, Nial, I am sorry for not being sure. But this gentleman went above and beyond to help me and my family today. He made multiple calls and recalls on behalf of my family. I am beyond thankful that this facility was willing to help me and my family, despite my own frustration.

My experience with Dr Aaron Zaks has been excellent. He always listens to any concerns I may have with careful consideration and is good about thoroughly answering any questions. I'm so very happy to have such a great doctor!

Updated in 2025: This office is still incompetent. They never answer their phones and won't even pick up for Blue Shield case managers. From 2023: This office is incompetent, have told me I would be called back two days in a row, failed to do so-- and closed their office before their scheduled closing time so I was unable to reach them. They wrote me an invalid approval for a procedure and duck me each time I've called them to get an explanation or resolution.
