ERB Medical - Eric Batres, MD

I known Dr. Eric Batres for 50 years... What still surprise me that He's still sit down asking you as many question., as possible,,, back in the days He carried a notebook for His note!!! Than later about 25 years He started career a PDA or a electric note pad... What I like the most about Dr. Batres He's always very thorough,,, He'll ask as many questions as possible and writes down,,, everything!!! Doctor Batres is one in a thousand Doctor... I said that because all my family knows Him and We all agreed that His patient,,, kindness is one of the things it stand out from most other doctors., I have seen,,, in my intired life!!! People might I'm getting pay or ask to do this comments but no,,, no!!! I'm doing because He well deserved to be told what a great doctor He's!!! One time I had an ammonia i didn't know,,, He send me straight to the hospital on a ambulance back in those day He was part of Mullikin Medical Group,,, in Downey on right behind where the new McDonald is at all that big lot was Mullikin Medical Group.... Also I never being very friendly with his staff but I have no complaints!!! Theirs is two lady that they work for him for a very long time... They always put up with my attitude because when I took my kids I wasn't the nicest guy to deal with!!! Thank doctor Batres., I can't remember the names of the other doctors that are part of your clinic but I know they worked with you since., Mullikin Medical Group.... Its almost 9 years going to this clinic...if we talk about Dr Eric batres i never have good experience with him..i was @ my 40 when i have really bad back pain for months he told me to nothing he can do coz its my age now i am old in this age you can have this minor problem. Come on doc then stay home and have fun dont make money out of making fun of patients.I went to other doctor in my country he gave me pain killer for week and calcium trust me I got better in week ...when I go back to Dr Eric again for fever n other problem as soon as I see him I told him can I see other younger doctor please.he left without saying anything. Then other Dr came i told him about him and from then I never seen that old dr....I dont know how he became doctor he dont know how to treat his patient especially lady's..SO BIG NO FOR ERIC BATRES..HE SHOULD DO BETTER. All staff is very nice and professional. always remember there patient which is very impressive. Everyone working here is always smile on there face Dr Rivera and Dr Jimenez .Dr Melissa all are very sincere doctors always listen take time to understand the problem and always give me Good advice.making appointment is so easy and earlier I got always..no waiting time.less then 15min waiting time..faster service I ever seen in my life. Good job guys. love you all and keep smiling to make us smile

Always has walk-ins appointment.. all staff very friendly.. I am seen by Melissa Tacayo P.A. great medical professional... The staff are kind. Courteous..humble and professional. Office is kid friendly... All the staff from the receptionist are one of a kind highly recommend this medical facility..

2 hours in a waiting room and still not been seen. People are nice but not good at their job. Not well informed doctors, they are kind and caring in how we are but I want doctors who tell me what I need to hear with the best possible knowledge. Not someone who has no communication skills and is telling me things I want to hear.

I've been a patient of Dr. Batres MD and Mr. Rivera PAC for many years. Like family. Always a friendly & comfortable visit and i trust them both with my medical care. Their staff are also amazing. It's so important to be happy with your doctor and I'm very happy with them.
