Just because I couldn't make a couple of appointments, I'm being denied my life threatening medication! I called my specialist and got my medication refilled and they scheduled me for labs! Thanks for my Specialist I won't have to go to the Emergency!
Dr Lee is useles! Heaven forbid if you do not have the exact amount of copay in hand because he won't even see you . He has no way of accepting debit cards and no way to give change, He refuses to see you if you don't have an appointment. My husband was in pain with a toothache and needed him to sign a release before he could have the work done and Dr Lee refused to sign because he didn't have an appointment. This has caused my husband to remain in pain for a longer time. I have never met a more horrible Dr than Dr. Lee. Save yourself some headaches and find a different doctor!
Our family recently went to this office for the first time and we were very impressed with Dr Lee! We looked high & low for a doctor that acts like a professional AND has a good bedside manner. Dr. Lee is all this and more. He keeps tract of his patient's medical file and DOES NOT drop patients through the crack! He does a great job remembering which medications need to be called into the pharmacy without "forgetting" an item unlike our last doctor who constantly forgot to call in something important like insulin! Dr Lee is also very honest, kind and extremely educated in medicine unlike a lot of doctors who don't care about their patients & degrade them if their labs are not perfect. We appreciate the fact that Dr Lee is NOT just a drug pusher like so many doctors are.
His an amazing doctor, he has helped me so much, Thanks to him I made a life changing decision, that I had been struggling since I was a teenager. He reasure me that I was going to feel so much better after this surgery and best of all pain free. I listen and I do not regret it at all. He listens and takes his time with his patients. His friendly, professional and he has a great career ahead of him. I Literally feel like I owe him my happy new me.
My kids really like Dr Lee. He makes the visits comfortable and has them smiling. Plus, candy at the end!
