I was a patient of Dr. Kumar starting in 2016, had several treatments, etc. and initially he was the best clinic/organization available for this kind of treatment . However, since starting treatment again in 2020/2021 after his company has grown so much the actual procedures and people doing them is very disappointing. The last treatment I had was very painful, the staff was very, very unorganized and I was actually told by one of the staff members before having an angiogram that he had had too much to drink the night before, but would be OK after some coffee. They knew I had a rough time but I never received a follow up call and when I called them, they seemed to not really care. I think Dr. Kumar himself, and a good deal of his support staff, are excellent and do a great job. BUT - these outsourced or sub-contracted procedural doctors need to be monitored better or something, just sad to see this happen in such a good place. I am looking at this post I made and see since I had done so many people had concerns and were answered by the staff, but I never was. I'm glad I looked at these again as I was thinking of giving this clinic another try, but now just seems I'd be making a mistake. Sorry to say no response to this post over a year ago and responses to the other complaints since then only means one thing to me. As of June 7, 2022, I still have had no response from anyone at your office other than this one post saying someone would "reach out." I finally went to another vascular doctor and was told because of the unnecessary angiogram that I had done at your facility in 2020 on my right artery in my leg I now have permanent damage in my leg that can only be corrected so much. The doctor that did this caused server nerve and artery/blood flow problems by burning thru the artery into my lower ankle area so blood flow to my ankle and foot is now limited. It also caused the need for three more procedures on my right leg for return vein flow that would not have been needed if this procedure had never been done, or, if it at least was done properly. I may still be able to walk without a limp and pain. Can you please tell me what this clinic can do to make this better at this point? I am crippled even more for life and I hope NO ONE else has this happens to them. A hungover staff member and un-alert nurses and doctor first thing Monday morning has ruined my life. Let me know what this clinic decides before I look at other options that I honestly do not wish to do. Something to make it right. Dr. Vinod Kumar is absolutely the best doctor around! His professionalism, and love for his patients is matched by no other doctor. I cannot tell you how many times I have called him with concerns and he is always ready and willing to serve and immediately implements an action plan. With my mother being a diabetic, and who has suffered tremendously with circulation issues, Dr. Kumar works tirelessly to keep his patients healthy. Sometimes, we have to make the difficult decision to amputate, but I know without a doubt, his goal is to save limbs and we trust him wholeheartedly. I cannot thank Dr. Vinod Kumar enough for the continual excellent care he provides my mother, and the professionalism and dedicated service he provides to us, her caregivers. He is a blessing to me and my family.

I have been seen by Dr. Kumar and my experience is that he is a compassionate doctor that really cares for his patients. I don't have the words of gratitude for doctor Kumar and his staff for the services he has provided while under his care. Thank you very much. Sincerely, Phillip Vivas

I have been going to Dr Kumar's office for the past 3 years. All they have done for me is one procedure to put in one stint which they had another preform. I can hardly breathe and when I walk I run out of air. They have lied to me by telling me they will put me through another procedure which they never did which was supposed to be back in January 2016. Then in June 2016 they were supposed to do another one and they failed as usual. I am tired of being lied to and told stories that they will fix me but never do. How Kumar office makes their money. Every time an appointment is made in their office that is how they bill the insurance companies and keep you coming back to charge the insurance companies over and over and over. They do not care if you get well or not or if you die or not but what they care the most is getting paid for every appointment made. Would I ever recommend anybody ever going to Dr Kumar's office? No because I have seen over three doctors there and it seems none of them have the talent or are qualified to fix my problem. They even tried to send me to USC down in Los angeles where in one hour they told me more than what Kumar's office knew in three years. I give them a minus 5 star rating. Yes they are that bad.
