I want to thank Dr. Chambi for her attentiveness and the great work she does truly appreciate it. I was able to be seen without an appointment at a low cost and not that long of a wait compared to urgent care. Very clean office and my son loved the movies while we wait, he wasn't feeling too great with a high fever but is now doing great ready for school! Thank you Dr. Chambi! :)

This place takes advantage of poor people!! They charged my daughter $380 for an exam she needed for her work in Spain. The clinic books more people then the Dr. has time for because we waited for 3 hours. We had to wait again like 2 1/2 hours for results, yes, a 2nd visit only to find that she wouldn't sign the form my daughter needed for work in Spain. The assistant wanted to get the insurance information to run it, we had already paid cash! At the end of the day we were out $420 and like 6 hours of our time and no singed form. This Dr. was listed as a provider on a government website as a place to get what my daughter needed. What a joke of a clinic and the lack of professionalism. Dr. was unapologetic and refused to speak with us after we called her on her mistake. Please stay away from this place don't waste your money and your time! I had to click on a star to post. But in reality it's a -star for us.

I love this place. They are very helpful. The Doctor and the staff are very friendly. I don't mind the Wait time. Because it gets me out of the house. And the Doctor. She's been very helpful to me.

Believe every negative review on here! They are all % accurate. Careless UNPROFESSIONAL service from both the doctor and clueless staff because you can't even call it care! If care is what you're looking for, this is the last place you want to go to. Unless you want to wait 4 to 5 hours for a 5 minute consultation where you'll be told you have a health problem or that sickness comes with age. No, SERIOUSLY. True story! FYI, I have private insurance. Blue Cross PPO, to be exact.

Horrible place. Dr. Mirna and the staff are extremely rude. They book unnecessary appointments to collect money. The wait is ridiculous. My mom and uncle (who is disabled) have been patients for a while. They used to book their appointments on the same day. If you read the other reviews, the wait is upwards of 4 hours! My mom has to take entire days off work for a simple appointment, which only ends in a refill of the same prescription. When she has to book two different appointments, she needs to take off two days of work. On her last visit, my mom tried booking both appointments on one day, with the girls at the counter; not only Did they refuse to book their appointments on the same day, but also they also walked away and left her talking to herself. If blood work is needed, they HAVE to do it in-office... and as you probably guessed it, it's about a 4 hour wait. This business takes advantage of people who cannot advocate for themselves. This doctor does not put her patient's needs first. My hope is that they see this review and rethink the way they are running this practice. I will be taking further steps to complain about this business with their contracted insurance and the state medical board.
