Doctor Heber would be a very good doctor if he would just listen. He doesn't listen. I am 1 of his patients and he will not listen to me. He is in and out. He hasn't even tryed to get to know me. My health issues are long term issues. If he would slow down and listen and really here us. He would be a good doctor. I left the office in more stress than when I went in. Abt 1 month later I left and I never returned to that office. I felt very sad because Dr. Sniedensker had been my doctor for 30 yrs. Dr. Heber was not very nice to me or really showed any concerns for me as a new patient.
Dr. Heber is hands down one of the very best primary doctors I've had the pleasure to be seen by. He is personable, listens to my complaints and health issues tentatively, has reasonable and well thought out answers to my questions, has always addressed all of my concerns, and is diligent in his care of me as his patient. He has always explained everything to me completely and I know he has my best interest in all the care he provides me. His staff is lovely. So caring and genuine in their care of me as well. Dr. Heber has a patient for life with me. I could not be more pleased with every aspect of his practice.
I have been a patient in this group for years. Began with Nurse Practitioners, who were just excellent. As I aged I decided I might benefit from seeing Dr. Seidenstricker himself. I found him personable, caring, an excellent clinician, and thorough. When I asked him about retiring he said he had to find just the right doctor to take over his practice. I was so touched by his concern for the ongoing care of his patients. I thought I would just go back to one of my favorite Nurse Practitioners in this practice because I knew them, they knew me, and I knew they were excellent clinically. Well I needed a medical clearance for surgery and hadn't made any arrangements to change to the NP so I was scheduled with Dr. Heber. I was nervous about a new doctor, a new office, new everything. When I was greeted by the MA, it was Francis! I was so happy to see a familiar face and was reassured some things hadn't changed. When Dr. Heber came into my exam room he immediately made me feel comfortable and he is a good listener. I had some hip pain and after just a few questions he knew exactly what was happening to me. He explained the medical condition. And though I have been a nurse for years he took his time and explained I might benefit from a cortisone shot. He went through everything with me and he was right my hip pain is much better. I won't be changing. Dr. Seidenstricker found the right doctor to take care of his patients. Thanks Dr Seidenstricker. And thank you Dr Heber.
