My Mother presented the office for a HOSPITAL FOLLOW UP. MA Cheryl, Sherly or whatever her name is was so unprofessional and rude. IF YOU DO NOT LIKE YOUR JOB GO TO MCDONALDS WHERE THAT BEHAVIOR IS EXPECTED! there is not room for aggressive behavior with patient care! My mother had a hypertensive episode and was following up regarding that manner. She was rushed, disregarded and left with another migraine due to the hostility created in the office by that MA. a grievance will be filed. I hope one day when her family is ill they are treated better than the service my mother received. She should be ashamed of herself. very disappointed. It is unfortunate we adore Dr. Esposo but will be switching MDs because of his MA. Deplorable!
