Central Cardiology

This place is fantastic. I see Dr. Doctor, as does all of my family, and he is absolutely amazing. He's extremely knowledgeable and keeps up to date with what's going on in various medical fields. This new location on Old River is great. Very convenient. Hopefully we'll be able to get my in-laws ICD checked there in the near future. As for the Sillect location...the imaging side is great. Front desk staff is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I've had three ultrasounds there and every time I have excellent service. Even my CT scan went well. The appointment side is just as great. They have friendly staff and the wait has reduced since the Old River location opened. Parking at the Sillect location can be a bit congested, but seems better with the other location now open. The actual Heart Hospital... fantastic. Nothing but excellent service from everyone I encountered. Highly recommend for your cardiology and vascular needs.

I have been seen and have had heart related procedures here on several occasions now and can make a qualified review at this point. I have had the same experience on 4 different occasions here. Nothing but, professional, prompt, and great staff working here. I am always treated like the most important patient with an appointment. They are on time with your appointment. They get you taken care of quickly and professional. You see you're doctor and you get you're check out completed with your next appointment set. If you have a question they jump on it immediately. I asked about a new procedure and was quickly given a pamphlet and website to increase my knowledge and answer questions that I'd already forgotten. If all Medical facilities were set up and ran by this staff there would be no complaints in the medical field at all. Thank you CCMC Central Cardiolgy in Bakersfield! Thank you

I wouldn't be here without Dr Bhambi and the staff at CCMC. I went to the ER with difficulty breathing and was told it was my heart. At 49, I found out I had a hereditary heart condition that could've killed me. I wasn't happy with the cardiologist the hospital had referred me to. A friend told me about Dr Bhambi and i am so glad he did. I drive 90 miles each way for visits unless I can do FaceTime check ups. He listens to me and does not just brush my concerns aside. I'll be 55 next month and I owe it my heart health all to Dr Bhambi.

I had a heart ultrasound on May 6 at 8am. It was with a younger lady with dark hair. She was very nice that isn't the issue. The issue was that she was getting on her phone constantly texting her husband about a Starbucks order. Then when he got there instead of just let him leave it at the desk. She actually left my ultrasound to go to the desk. It was super unprofessional. I've never experienced something like that in a medical setting. But the worst part is she was not wearing a mask and she told me her husband and kid were sick and she hope she doesn't get sick. I am immuno compromised and she's speaking literally 6 inches from my face. Eight days later, I'm unable to stay awake. I'm dizzy and I haven't been well for three days. I didn't even put it together that not only was she exposing me to whatever they had she directly transferred germs from her husband, who brought her the Starbucks order to me during my exam I haven't gone anywhere else. This was the only contact I had to make me sick. And either way it was super unprofessional. You don't need to have your phone out texting your husband about Starbucks while you're doing my heart exam. The work ethic Of younger generations is honestly discouraging.

Dr. Gowd is very knowledgeable, proactive and caring. He does an excellent job at educating and explaining things. He listens to patient concerns and addresses all issues at hand. Thank you Dr. Gowd for being excellent and caring for your patients. MP
