California Cardiovascular Institute

I was refuse service because I would not give them full digital access to my medical history even though they want to charge 150$ bucks if I was even five minutes late this is a cash grab people need to read all documents before signing them. The staff seemed all right, but told me I did not sign, and give them by directional access with the Pharmacy they would not see me claiming they need to look for drug interactions when actually that's what a pharmacist is for. They're just doing a data grab and they also told me I may not be able to be seen because I would not allow them to put all my medical records in some database that they are selling, even though it states it will not affect being seen or taken care of and even though I was told them that I was not interested, no administrator no nothing. They jumped on the phone for a minute and said you cannot be seen unless you give us access to electronic Pharmacy system. Everything to do with every prescription I've ever had even worse than the database that Albertson's is building. The data grabs and other stuff done by corporations we all need to stand up and stop every app you install every time you sign away your rights we all just become less human and more just a number for corporations to trade. Vascular Institute seems to me to be one of those since even their business card looks like a multiple-choice thing , and even the card warned you that they're gonna put you in collections since when did a doctor stop caring about their patients because it seems to be an epidemic

I've taken my dad here for almost a year. The Drs are top notch. He has seen 3 Drs for different issues, issues that his previous cardiologist over-looked for at least 5 years. I feel like the office staff can make or break a drs office. This office has amazing, happy staff. They must treat them well because the front staff always greets us with a smile & while my dad has had a rough bout lately they know we need a wheelchair & had it waiting for us when I arrived for his appt. The back staff doesn't disappoint either-they have been extremely patient & caring with my dad while we searched for answers. Last week was particularly rough... for both my dad & I & it made his week to see all the decorations for Christmas. It didnt look cheap or minimal... it was over the top & well planned out. My dad loved it! He looked like an 8 yr old on Christmas morning as he looked at each area in amazement. Thank you for bringing a little happiness to our Dr visits!

You will not be disappointed! I actually am happy when I have an appt to go in. They are ALL so very nice & cheerful. I honestly can't remember when I've been treated so well by an entire group. . I'll update as I've only been in 3 times but have seen 2 different doctors & 2 very nice young men, 1 of whom put a heart monitor on me. The staff are super friendly as well. Unfortunately their bldg is very close to the end so be patient, you'll get there eventually but finding a parking space will be a bit harder. No fault of this office ... I just wanted to add that in so to give yourself some extra time.

Really like this office and Dr. Singh. He has a very friendly and easy going attitude. Wait times have been very short so far. Staff are nice and engaging with pleasantries to make you feel comfortable and welcome. The reason I gave only four stars is the parking lot, it's a bit large and crowded but nothing is perfect.

This place is great. Friendly staff and Dr Singh is the best. He was very thorough and ran all of the tests just to make sure there is nothing wrong with my heart.
