The doctors are great no complain, but the front desk rude as hell. This Spanish speaker sounded amargada!! Like dude quit your job am sure you don't like it. Literally if the doctor would have heard her , like your fired.

This is the worst medical office I have ever been to. First off, it's hard to get a hold of them and make appointments or to get a follow-up, second, the staff especially the receptionist is super rude and unhelpful, third, the place is dirty and rundown. I don't recommend this place at all.

We love Dr. Shalabi, he started off being my grandson's pediatrician when and our family slowly moved to his office. We love drama he's a great doctor stuff is great always there to give us what we need his stuff is great we recommend him to anybody and everybody.

I recently moved and during the past month I didn't see any doctors because I knew I had an appointment with dr. Shalabi today. Consequently, I ran out of my medications and needed the refills today. I brought the prescriptions with me to show the doctor, and when I did, he simply said I don't prescribe any of those medications. When I told him that one of the medications was to prevent seizures and that when I don't take it I get a seizure, he simply smiled and said that's not my problem. When I asked him for a note to verify that I was seen today, he again said I don't do that either, and that it wasn't his responsibility to let my job know that I was at the doctor's office today. So you can see why I only gave this doctor one store. If you want to see him, I would shape receipt at your own risk.

The receptionist in the front always lazy and rude and always cancels my visits for no reason. The doctors and good but the people working in the front are the worst!
