She is thorough and always has time for her patients. She is very knowledgable and will send you to the right specialist. The office runs on time usually. Front office could use improvement but they are always under pressure so I forgive them. The docs in this office and the urgent care next door are worth it.

I've been seeing Kristen for years and she has gone above and beyond my expectations for a physician. She takes the time to listen and has incredible bedside manner. She works diligently to get to the root of any medical struggles I may be having and is knowledgable to treat them.

She is amazing. I moved to Tehachapi and have opted to make the two and a half hour drive each time for my appointments.

Reception/office staff are rude and understaffed. Always we are put on hold for 30+minutes, usually then they are too impatient to answer simple question or confirm appt. Very often they just hang up on you. Front office seems disorganized and unwilling to service patients properly. Looking to change primary care provider. No need for rudeness!
