A huge, ample parking spaces soon as you enter the lot. A very welcoming staff to see at the reception area! Direct eye contact with a smile, warmly greetings followed by inquiry on your appointment details. Great spectacular view of the mountains & its surrounding views of the Santa Anita Mall & Race Track at the reception sitting area making you feel relaxed, calmed & entertained. The staff assistant Erika, is a serious looking youth but a sight to behold as she calls your name with a smile, a great invite to lead you to the weighing scale & then to the assigned room to initiate taking my bp & pertinent info on medication changes. Finally, the sight of Dr. Baruch, my heart specialist, exudes an aura of positivity, making you feel that everything will be better and alright thereby concluding that my heart condition is perfectly in good shape with labwork results in mind. Last but not least, the staff assistants in the exit reception are very composed & cool in printing out the paperworks of that visit & specifying next appointment with a yellow pen highlight. Always a great visit at the Arcadia Foothill Cardiology Medical Group!

Dr Vasquez is easy to talk to, answeres questions and I feel heard. Staff is friendly and courteous. Appointments are on time, I have never felt rushed through time with Dr.Vasquez. the waiting room has a great view of the mountains although you never have a long time to view them.

The office is nice with a beautiful view of the mountains. Very calming. The staff are courteous and very efficient. My cardiologist has a great personality that makes his patients feel comfortable and at ease. He is knowledgeable and explains so anyone will understand. He also has a good vibe. You can feel it the second he enters the room.

Arcadia office / Always a great experience doc Gab great staff great which I was shocked today my close family friend we call him gramos 88 has been going here forever recent year has had some issues strokes memory cognitive issues and missed well rescheduled a few times so last week he saw the doc and he wanted his next appt done asap to clear something a eco (btw 3 doctors in my family diff state and I work in criminal law and volunteer elder services so had a car accident on way very minor jus a light called over an diver no answer appt 4pm I get him there at upstairs at 4:19 . I made a call he's gone for like 20 min figure Doing test I go up they called said no spot he was late . No other alota I say why he was not that late well four minutes past the late acceptance and I said no one is her did you ask the tech (it's Friday) she said yes and she said he's late and my app is not working right . So I said oh ok can you tell him that it's not just he was late guy probably couldn't see him because aoo was down, NO WOW TECH GONE AS WELL BEDORE 5 instances 88 pllease and he's really upset that will make him feel better he's gonna go home so mad yell and I don't want his blood pressure up or a stroke and he has slight cognitivedementia the other girl says " well he won't remember anyway" can you believe that!! I was what did you say btw so you even know how many minds of dementia there are he embers everything for the most part he has moments he forgets but then remembers how could you talk like that? How could you treat a 88 yr old man w a possible bad heart like this just please tell him the truth the rwxhnsaid well he's 4 min past the late time and my all is it working lower anyway so I couldn't see him anyway still refused to make a old man feel better about missing his aoot the a on walks out once told her and she just said sorry ! I would fire or suspend anyone that treated my clients like that absolutely unacches sold man and your not lying . I am disgusted and I told my sister doctor she was agreed and very unprofessional for a doctors office . What a disappointment as the doctors r great and I use to think the whole staff not anymore that girl that made the comment he won't remember wow and the not tell him the machine was not working g right anyway . Why? Friday tech left early since he was late took advantage of that as they said she left . Sooo bad never have never encountered any doctors office staff so bad . I called the Covina office to schedule an appointment as a new patient for an ischemic heart screening. During my call, I spoke with Catherine, the receptionist, who was unfortunately very discourteous and rude. When I mentioned that I have PPO insurance, she incorrectly and abruptly stated that I must have HMO coverage because I had a referral. Additionally, when I requested Dr. Lin as my cardiologist and clarified that the appointment was for an ischemic heart screening, she responded in an unprofessional manner, saying, "You said for a consultation only -- we don't do that procedure at this facility." This interaction left a very negative impression. I strongly recommend additional training for front office staff to ensure patients and new callers are treated with respect and provided accurate information.
