Doctor Patel is the most caring and concerned doctor in the tri city area. He doesn't go for all the bells and whistles that some doctors do. He's he's a straight up , no frills, get to the point kind of doctor. Very few of those kind left.

This office is horrible the staff doesn't inform patients of anything. The wait is always hours long. The doctor is never here. We have rescheduled my mother in laws appointment three times and never not once has she been seen by the doctor. This is absolutely ridiculous. The office doesn't even have a physician assistant to help out.

Do not entrust this provider. He was my grandmothers doctor and he took terrible care of her. She should have lived years longer than she did, we had her chart reviewed by our cardiologist at home and he took many shortcuts with her care out of pure laziness. When my grandmother died his office ignored our family and the funeral home for over a week and she had to sit on ice at the funeral home waiting to be cremated, it was torture for our family and they didn't care. I am disgusted by their lack of empathy and care.

Long wait times. They set appts for 10 am knowing y he dr wont be there till after 12. The front office lady is rude and condescending. The laxy who does the ultra zound is.good and nice. Overall the place definetly gives a we dont care vibe
