High Desert Cardiopulmonary

In my 59 years of living, I have never witness a place of business where everyone that I interacted with had a horrible freaking attitude. As a veteran, I would have thought that I would have been greeted with respect, thoughfulness and kindness but that was far from the truth. And if someone thinks that I'm overreacting please read the review of the other service member's review. I will be demanding that the VA doesn't use their services for my needs and to make them aware of the other service member's review.

The Referral Coordinator Brenda is awesome. She is on top of the Referrals making sure the patients are taken care of. I had some hiccups with a Referral and Brenda kept in constant contact with me letting me know the process and what was happening with my Referral. She worked very hard to make sure I received the equipment the doctor wanted me to have for my care. I have dealt with other office Referral Coordinators and by far she is the best I have dealt with.

Gema did a fantastic job in getting me set up for my second sleep study. I appreciate her hard work and excellent service .

I recently had a sleep study at the High Desert Cardiopulmonary Medical Group. I went for symptoms of sleep apnea and ongoing daytime fatigue. The entire process was extremely smooth from start to finish. The technician was not only professional and knowledgeable but also very polite and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the night. The clinic itself was spotless, clean, organized, and clearly well-maintained. I felt at ease in the environment, which helped reduce any anxiety I had going in. Based on my experience, I would absolutely recommend this clinic to anyone considering a sleep study. They made what could've been an uncomfortable process feel simple and stress-free.
