I would give this zero stars if I could . I had an appointment at 12:30 I was still waiting to be seen at 3:00. First of all the front desk employees were rude and unprofessional. This is just ridiculous I was just trying to see why I'm feeling the way I am. This is the worst experience ever and the employees at the front desk had an ugly attitude I'm sorry if you can't control your attitude at work don't go at all. It was very unprofessional of Bhairavi D. Patel to just keep me waiting. The fact that d Patel was seeing other patients and just leaving me there.

There are Doctors on the medical field who enter this business purely for the money and not because they truly care about their fellow man, and unfortunately I have to say Dr. BHAIBARI PATEL and her staff are some of them.
If I could rate this Dr. less than zero I definitely would, but unfortunately I have to rate her a 1 in order to be able to leave a review.
Just getting an appointment to see her and dealing with the staff that sets the appointment was a challenge and the guy who handles her appointments was extremely rude, once I got the appointment I literally had to wait over 3 hours to finally see her, her lobby was crowded with patients and her staff was rude to everyone. Once I was placed on the room to wait for her I waited for over 40 minutes, only for her to come in and ask me about 4-5 questions, did not let me ask her anything and walked out, I thought she was coming back but she never did, her assistant came and said some tests had been ordered and gave me a new appointment to come back and see her.
To me, it was easy to see why her staff behaves the way they do, they emulate her behavior, she's condescending, uncaring, rude, disrespectful and overall a very unprofessional and unpleasant individual, she never once made eye contact with me or showed any concern about me as a patient or individual.
I obviously don't know her well, but I can tell she hates her profession or her patients and all she cares about is getting paid.
I was given 2 pieces of paper which showed the labs to go to to get the tests done, I showed up to the labs and they tell me no tests were ever ordered for me, so I called the doctor's office and the same rude individual who sets her appointments answered, he asked me if they could accept a verbal request so I put the lab rep on the phone and she told him they needed something faxed or e-mailed, I'm not fully aware of how they send their requests, he then told me he would call the doctor's office to have them send it to wait for an hour.
I waited for 3 hours and the Doctor's office never sent anything, so I left.
I kept calling the doctors office and talking to this guy who kept telling me he was "working on it", I then went back to the Lab to see if they had received the request from the doctor, they told me that they never received anything, I kept calling and after 4 weeks, I just gave up and called my insurance company to switch Doctor's.
Let me add, that this was not my first interaction with this Doctor, I brought my mom here for her appointment about a year ago and after waiting for over 3 hours she finally came to see my mom and she did not even know why my mom was there, my mom had actually come back to get her results, we left her office and as we were in the car her assistant came and told us to come back in, we came back in but didn't see the doctor again, they just told us the test results were fine.
So, please if you can get away from this doctor don't just walk, Run!!!!

No stars. Always leave patients waiting hours. At least to me, more than 2 hours without any updates. Very disrespectful Dr Bhairavi Patel to her patients. I had to walk out of the room where I waited 2 hours. Will file a formal complaint to the board. Other people saw me upset, and they agreed with my reaction not to reschedule and find another doctor.

How do you give 0 stars? Make it a thing Google... Doctor Patel is a good doctor but her office staff is absolute trash from making an appt with rude staff to waiting over 3 hours past your appt time to be seen and don't ask them to care because they don't. We just needed a referral today and it was over an hr just to take vitals currently still waiting .....if this is your primary, change it...you've been warned

I would like to rate Dr. Bhairavi Patel's office a ZERO out of five stars. Let me tell you why. I have never experienced such a rude and uncaring Doctor in my entire life. Dr. Patel was extremely short with her comments/remarks, and I sensed a huge amount of sarcasm in her voice. She did not seem interested in my health, condition, or hospital records. I felt her focus was steered towards collecting my co-pay or insurance money. I have always known doctors to be helpful, kind and caring, but NOT Dr. B Patel she did not listen to any of my concerns, nor did she recommend anything to make me feel better. She made me feel like a lowlife old lady. The visit was a complete waste of my time and money. I wanted to share this poor experience with you all and I hope that this does not happen to you. I will be switching to a new doctor, finding someone more caring and professional. I am not just a statistic, but a human being.
