So I had a test result and received positive news from the staff that I would not need another appointment for about a year. Then, when trying to refill a prescription it turns out that was not the case. He personally called me a liar among other things. Would not recommend
He never got authorization for my monitor. Even though this was a visit for heart issues. Upon 2nd visit..they told me maybe he needs to file the paperwork differently. Then I was told it was because I had a sub pat insurance company (I pay Cadillac coverage premiums)..I went to Stanford. There they were able to get the tests I needed ,ordered immediately.
Dr. Raj and his staff give great care on all levels. He is very patience and listens to all my concern and questions and gives straight honest feedback. Plus his office staff is the best!
