Dr. Kreamer office sucks I can't get my sleeping pills or other controlled drugs filled at my pharmacy so I go to Walmart and they said I can't get it filled in there store because I get my other controlled drugs filled at CVS so I call the Dr and she tells me I don't know what to tell you. My Husband passed away in February and my Sister passed away in September now my Mom just passed away 2 days ago I can't sleep I feel like I'm going to lose it. I am going to find a different Dr to go to they are terrible
Called the office, the person who picking up phone is extremely rude. Im shocked how a customer service is that bad. Im sure if she continues working there they will loose theor job or get sowed by someone soon. She needs to learn customer service, she picks up the phone being super rude and hanged up on me 3 times! Worst customer service doesn't deserve even 1 star rating
When your on high blood pressure medication and they refuse to refill your prescription unless you come in for an appointment? I'm out of state right now, and instead of giving me a weeks worth of medication they suggested I go to urgent care. I've been a patient there for almost three years and I found this to be unacceptable... I won't be returning to see Dr. Kramer when I return to California. The front desk staff needs a lesson in manners as well. The woman basically told me they were going to do nothing at all to help me. So off to urgent care I go... with my blood pressure 182/98. Thanks for nothing. Also... I wouldn't have even given them one star if that was an option.
This office is stuck in the dark ages when it comes to communicating with pharmacies. They do not have any kind of electronic system set up to address refill requests or other questions that a pharmacist might have. If the pharmacy sends an electronic fax, the front desk (Kathleen - more about her later) will say they didn't receive it. And when you complain to Dr Fayner about that in private, he says its the pharmacy's fault and he tries to get you to change all your prescriptions to a personal friend - I haven't investigated but I think that might be illegal. As a care provider, Dr Fayner is ok but not great - he spends more time talking to his computer screen than to the patient and often misses key items (example, he may give you verbal dosage instructions but then he won't write those instructions on the scrip causing further delays with meds). He also refused my request for a referral to an ENT stating that his office could handle the issue -- they couldn't and I ended up spending a fortune to go to an ENT without a referral (but at least that doctor was equipped to handle the issue). Then there is the aforementioned Kathleen at the front desk - this person has no business working in any kind of position that deals with customers (patients ARE customers). Kathleen is rude, cuts off patients that are trying to voice concerns, violates HIPAA by discussing private patient issues in a very loud voice which everyone in the reception area can hear, and will hang up on patients calling to ask why prescription refill authorization requests from their pharmacies have not received a response. Others at the front desk are acceptable. The best thing about this practice is the nurses that see you in the exam rooms for history, vitals, blood draws, etc. - they are caring and personable.
