First timer!! Very nice and helpful receptionist and almost no wait time. Nurse was pleasant and thorough. Doctor was professional, kind and very knowledgeable. Gave recommendations and why she did so. Would recommend. Only draw back was length of time to get an appointment.
The receptionist was nasty, un welcoming and it was obvious she didnt want to help me organize the tests the doctor recommended. Said she has been withheld Dr. 15 years. I felt rushed out when I needed help. The waiting room wasn't busy at all. No excuse for her bad attitude. Very uncomfortable experience...Considering changing doctors because of the way I was treated by the receptionist.
The staff were also very friendly. I'm truly grateful for the doctor's meticulous care and kindness.
The office clean the staff is excellent, friendly Dr. Li is excellent i am very happy with her.
Dr Li is informed on her patient's history and needs. She discusses with her patient what steps are needed.Dr.Li takes the time to find out what current health issues are.
