My son had his first appointment last week and we were warmly welcomed at the front desk. The office is beautiful and has lots of toys and books for little ones which made my toddler boy feel very comfortable. My son needed a skin prick test which was painless and quick for my son. They even let him play out front with the toys during the 15 min waiting period which he loved. Our doctor and nurse were both so kind and sweet with my son and took the time to patiently and thoroughly answer all our questions. Our doctor was very knowledgeable and so helpful. We had a great experience and would very highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking help with food allergies.

Bonus: the building has an open-concept design, so no stuffy hallways or maze-like corridors.

My appointment was at 9 AM. The system said to arrive 10 minutes early to complete paperwork, but heads-up, the clinic opens right at 9. No biggie, just don't show up too early expecting the doors to be open.

Dr. Kristin Walters is the BEST allergist--I wouldn't trust my child to anyone else's care, nor my own! I have referred all my friends and family to her. She is exceptional in her care and so thoughtful and caring! Her staff is amazing, and her office is so nice--easy parking, and right by a huge shopping center (which includes Home Goods and Trader Joes--so it makes me EXCEPTIONALLY happy as a mama to take my son for his appointments)!! I myself am a physician, as is my husband--so she is a "doctor's doctor"--there is no greater critic than a patient who is a physician. So the fact that both my husband and I are so impressed by her care, tells you everything you need to know. I wouldn't go to anyone else!

We've had such a great experience here! Finding out our infant has multiple allergies was not fun but the initial panel and testing was so clear and reassuring. Now that we're doing OIT, we're seeing our little one increase his tolerance of peanuts/cashews and I'm genuinely so relieved to see positive results. Dr. Bassirpour and Dr. Walters are super friendly, approachable, and knowledgable! I recommend taking your little ones here if you suspect a food allergy. Their office is also super kid-friendly.

Dr. Bassirpour is the best. My 8 year old daughter has been suffering from eczema for a good 3 months. Initially, I took her to my dermatologist. All creams, moisturizers and medications she prescribed were applied for about a month but unfortunately none of them worked. I took my daughter to her pediatrician afterwards. She asked me to watch her diet by eliminating whatever that could cause eczema and skin irritation. All these efforts were unsuccessful. Dr. Bassirpour prescribed a couple of creams that within a week caused all redness, itchiness and irritation to disappear. It's been almost a month now that all of us are so happy and excited to see our daughter's soft and smooth skin back. Doctor Bassirpour even did call me in person on a Saturday morning to ensure I have received all required prescriptions. Thank you so much doctor Bassirpour!
