This doctor saved my life and he's great. He's the only dr who would listen to me and take me seriously. I higly recommend him. He also works at Garfield Medical Centre. I had him place a Pace Maker in my heart and the surgery was a success. Hes very patient and looks out for your well-being.
This place is unsafe, dirty and disorganized. There is no sanitation or safety measures taken outside of a temp check- no hand sanitizer. Horrible ventilation. Upon signing in, my mother waited 40 mins to find out that the dr was not even in the office. We were not notified when we called to confirm the appointment last week. Waiting room patients are asked to open the locked front door for people. I cant imagine this qualifies as "care".
The reception lady called me in the morning and requested me to go there earlier than the scheduled time. I was kind enough to rush there arriving 15 minutes earlier. I ended up waiting an hour and 10 minutes before I took my tests.
If I can leave -5 stars I would. Staff is so unprofessional, nurse is eating her lunch in front of you when get stuff done. She then uses her dirty hands to remove equipment from you. The facility is extremely dirty, don't know how they can be open. It's hot and stuffy inside that you can feel the germs everywhere. The wait times are ridiculous even with appointment. They try to get as many patients but don't care for the quality of the work. Please don't come here!
Dr Yee is a nice person, but his front office is really bad and needs to be immediately replaced. No one wants to take care of patients' phone calls and no one wants to take the responsibility to help patients. The simplest task of making an appointment is harder than going into space. The phone just keeps ringing and no one wants to answer. Even if you are lucky to get answered, you would be directed to call another number to make an appointment. It is so frustrated to keep redialing and waste so much time and not be able to get an appointment. This has been an ongoing problem. Dr. Yee, please take action. We live so far away and can't drive to your office to get an appointment.
