The CORE Institute - Sun City West

Check in was good. Waited a few minutes to be called in. M.A. was very nice and pleasant to speak with. Jacob was excellent. He was very patient, polite and easy to talk to. He listened very well and answered all of our questions and concerns. He spent a lot of time with us and we didn't feel we were rushed at all. It was refreshing to have someone truly understand and care for your recovery and to go over my therapy with me. Words sometimes don't say it all but Thank You!

Front desk is very impersonal, even unfriendly, though stopping short of being rude. Their billing department is completely incompetent! Prepare to be required to provide your insurance card EVERY time (even if nothing has changed). You'll also be required to fill in the same intake paperwork every time, despite the repetitive nature and no changes from the last time you did it. The doctor we saw was okay, but definitely in a rush to move on to the next patient. If you have an option to go elsewhere, I'd suggest you strongly consider doing so.

Brad is the best! He took care of our son's broken arm and was so kind and patient the entire time. You can tell he genuinely cares. He made our son feel comfortable and explained everything so well. We're so grateful for him!

First visit to this busy establishment. Waited an hour+ to see provider after checking in on time for my appointment, but everything besides that was excellent. Staff were nice. Brad, the PA I saw, was exceptional: professional, courteous, knowledgeable, skilled and spent adequate time without rushing me while going above and beyond to address several issues. Highly recommend.

First, greeting me with a firm handshake. I appreciate that. Then, examined my x-rays, listened to what I said, did an external examination and gave me his opinion. Upon exit, shook my hand and referred me to the spine team, which is what I had anticipated. It was either my hip or my back. He was fast and thorough! I would refer to him!
