I love Dr. Lee Davis as a provider. His staff is awful. I was scheduled for routine test and upon arrival I was told by the office manager Amber: "the technician went over seas and we will have to reschedule you." Amber also stated "we tried to call you and you don't have a voicemail set up." I guess Amber forgot that she left me a voicemail about my insurance being charged for an EKG that did not occur. The nurse also left me a voice mail about the same issue twice. If the manager can not accept "their" error and lie about a patient not having a voicemail they will lie about anything. The only communication I received from this office was an automated phone call to confirm my appointment. Automated text message to confirm my appointment. Never a voicemail nor call from a person about appointment cancellation. NOT GOOD BUSINESS. Again I love Dr. Lee Davis as a provider but his staff will cost him. However the receptionist was very nice and assisted with my release of records. I will seek service with another cardiologist. Prayerfully the staff will be honest about communication or the lack of an own up to their mistakes. I guess good help is find these days.
