Vascular and Vein Institute is not like other clinics I've been to, where you feel more like cattle, being herded from one person or procedure to another. You're not hurried, but it doesn't take forever to be seen. Everything is explained clearly by friendly, medical professionals. Your comfort, safety, and care are always the most important thing. I would definitely recommend this clinic.

But verify nice peoples but the office in West Memphis didn't give my aunt insurance cards back to me and I informed the secretary about it and she said she gave them back to me,however someone from the Germantown called and said they where there but never been there!!! Anyway after 4 months of them telling me they are in the mail or I can come pick up in the West Memphis office NOTHING!!!!No cards!!! Me having to drive 40 minutes 4 times!!!I was really mad as HELL!! Finally the cards suddenly in the mail!!! Pathetic!!!!!

I was very pleased with the Nurse Practitioner. She was who I saw initially!!!! Her bedside manner was phenomenal. I then had to get an ultrasound and tech was great. When she saw a concern she acted quickly and didn't complete my test due to the concern and without hesitation got the doctor. The doctor was also very good. He discussed my medical history with me, asked questions and we came up with a plan moving forward. I am very pleased with my first visit and I definitely felt comfortable and confident in the team as a whole

I was bery pleased with my 1st visit. I could tell from the parking lot they has a lot of patients, to my surprise they got me in & out fast. Stephan took my vitals and verified my medical history as soon as i went in back. A young lady came in an checked me and explained to me what we were going to do for my next appointment. I can not remember her name i know she is a nurse practitioner! What I loved about her was she was very informative about what was going on with me . The nurse practitioner explained the procedures that was needed to be done to get to the root of the problem. I don't remember her name. I know she's short young and looks like she could only be in her early 20s very petite young lady. My overall visit was short and sweet and gave me hope that whatever's going on with my Vascular system , is treatable. I am looking forward to getting some test done and my results on my next visit.

My appointment was at 3:00 for UFE Consultant. I didn't have to want very long. Ally Associates were very professional, made you feel comfortable. Dr. Alderman ask me questions and also verified that everything in order. He gave me an opportunity to ask questions. His answers gave me a sense of calm. I felt comfortable from the time I entered the office, til the time I left.
