An amazing team. I would highly recommend this group. Dr Pench was able to troubleshoot a highly critical condition reaching across several body systems. Due to his critical care expertise combined with his pulmonary expertise and bringing together the Cardiologist and the Hospitalist my father got a new lease on life! I am very appreciative of them!

I had an appointment that was supposed to be next Monday. I get a notification the Friday before (After Hours) to pre-register for my Pulmonary Function Test. As I was going through the pre-registeration process, it said there was a $125.00 co-pay, which I wasn't made aware of before-hand. Since it was after-hours, I couldn't call the clinic to cancel the appointment. Anyway, I'm going to CANCEL this appointment when they open on Monday. If Mercy Pulmonology tries to charge me ANYTHING, I'll report them to the Arkansas Attorney General's office for medical billing fraud as well as the fraud department for my insurance and the Arkansas Insurance Department.

Dr TJandra is a very good, conscientious doctor. He is very thorough and very caring. My husband and I are both his patients and think the world of him!
