Professional, friendly dedicated doctor and staff. Even though I am fairly healthy, I like the prevention, care and knowledge of Doctor James Baker. Positive and willingness to personalized my prevention or delay in aging process. My retirement health care insurance has a high deductible and limits tests due to my age. So important for me to invest in my health care.
The doctors are excellent, especially Dr. Baker! He is knowledgeable, caring, thorough and genuinely cares about his patients! Myself and a few of my friends and family members are patients and have joined MDVIP because it was so highly recommended. It has been the best experience and I couldn't recommend a better doctor. However, getting through to anyone at his office is rare. It takes days, if at all, to get a phone call returned and 80 percent of the time that I have called during regular business hours, it goes to voicemail. I have been a patient there for almost 3 years and I have had this experience for the past 6 months and it has gotten worse. At times, a week will go by before you hear back. For as much money as concierge services cost, I would expect better acknowledgement and correspondence from his staff. I am considering losing Dr. Baker as a my doctor because of this concern.
You could not ask for a better doctor or person than Dr. James Baker. He is very much a dictor that is caring and always there when you need him. He has been my doctor for around 15 years and has helped me through some major changes in my life. He even showed up at the hospital and was at my families side as my dad past and he is not only my doctor but the doctor of 4 other family members. Dr. Baker you are an extremely important person in our lives. Thank you for being there.
Dr. Baker is the best Dr. I've ever had he is not only very knowledgeable he is kind and compassionate. You won't find another like him he has taken excellent care of both my husband Ricky and I.
