Dont be 15 minutes late with Christina James! The fact that her patient is in a wheelchair, had a stroke from afib, has to find a parking place that is van accessible with 8 spaces available...there used to be 16...and hasnt seen her in 6 mos. So the case load is too overloaded at 2:30 in the afternoon...with two other patients in the waiting room for 7 Drs. Sorry, drive back home 30 miles and we will reschedule you for another 3 months out. First available. 15 minutes for 9 months in between visits. And this is 2018 patient care?! Mercy should be ashamed of this business practice.
