They are very professional and addressed all my questions. They kept tests to only the ones that were necessary and when my health improved they released me to contact them if I had any new flare ups and have semi annual follow up with my primary care team.
I have to say that I am giving a 3 because though Dr. Colleran is a good doctor, but it is so difficult to get in touch with him or his nurse. Regardless of how many messages you leave or the urgency, it takes days to get a return call. I've had to go into the office after work just to speak to someone or to make an appointment. The access to me is very poor.
