I want to thank the entire Arkansas Heart Hospital Clinic staff for their incredible kindness and compassion. When I first arrived, I was in major distress -- overwhelmed by ongoing health issues and the emotional shock of being fired in the middle of a medical crisis. I wasn't sure if I was having a panic attack or something more serious, but the staff immediately stepped in. They rushed me to a back room, checked my blood pressure, gave me water, and helped me calm down and breathe again. Their calm, gentle approach and genuine concern meant more to me than they'll ever know. I truly wish I knew all of their names so I could thank each one personally -- they were absolutely amazing. Once I was stable and able to see Dr. Rayes, he was just as wonderful -- kind, patient, and attentive. He listened carefully, took my concerns seriously, and made me feel safe and supported during one of the hardest times of my life. And a special thank-you to Leresa, the clinic coordinator, who went above and beyond to schedule all of my tests for the same day so I wouldn't have to make multiple trips to Little Rock. Her thoughtfulness and kindness made everything so much easier. Thank you all -- the entire team -- for treating me not just as a patient, but as a person who mattered.

This facility has drastically gone down hill. I waited 1 hour 45 minutes to be called back in a waiting room that people were having to stand. It was packed. I finally went up to ask how many more people were ahead of me and the lady said 4. So the physician's rooms were full and there were 4 more patients ahead of me in the lobby. It would have been at least another hour and closing time just to get rushed out the door. I left. This staff is there to assist these people (if they know it or not) who are generally on up in age and have disabilities and / or limitations. The lack of concern from the staff was evident. One gentleman went up to the desk and asked if he had ever been called. The girl behind the desk said she had called him 3 times and in fact "I Even Stood Up and Called Your Name". (As if it was a great inconvenience) The man with hearing aids felt the need to apologize for not hearing.??? The room was packed, he had hearing aids AKA he has a Dx HOH and he was around the corner (in the waiting room)- likely the reason he didn't hear her. Perhaps the staff should step out from behind the desk (where they were sitting and visiting with their coworkers) and seek the patient out to assist them!!! These patients are elderly, sick and disabled. Is it really too much to ask from a facility? I recommend going elsewhere so you can be treated with kindness, compassion and respect. You can do better.

Friendly and professional. Everyone I talked to asked if I had any questions. Lab work performed with 1 stick. First visit but will definitely keep Dr. Sherbet as my cardiologist. Seems to be very knowledgeable and willing to answer questions.

Waited nearly 2 hours to see Dr. Wong and he was in and out within 5 minutes. Barely glanced at me. I was told to come back for blood work and they'd get me in and out within minutes. The front desk took TWENTY minutes to check me in. And when they did I had to go to a separate waiting room and proceed to wait. The phlebotomist came to get my papers and then told me she couldn't find any orders out in for me and the doctor was unreachable. When she finally reached the doctor she proceeded to come back and get a person that had barely been waiting. Do not recommend. If you use them, make sure to have a whole day available.

The two times that I have been here have been the absolute worst experience! Waited over two hours each time. They blamed it on their new scheduling system. The nurse would have never known I was there if I wouldn't have been in the hallway demanding to be seen. She took an hour lunch break because their system showed I hadn't arrived. I will NEVER be coming back.
