My experience with Dr. Lo was never great. I always felt like she didn't listen to me and blew off my concerns. After a few visits and wearing a monitor, I was finally scheduled for an ablation. The ablation was unsuccessful and since surgery, my A-Fib has never been worse. During follow up visits after my ablation with Dr. Lo, the same care was given- very quick visits where I felt unheard and like I was wasting her time, she was in an out without seeming to really listen or care. I have since moved out of state, now trying to see a new cardiologist has been a pain because I need a referral and I can't get through to her office to send over a referral or records. Every single time i have called, it has gone to voicemail and I haven't received a call back. Overall, I am far from satisfied with the care I have received from Dr. Lo and her staff.

I received subpar care.. There were many issues and after finding out what she stands for and what she agrees with morally there's no way that I would see her again. She didn't have a good bed side manner.

I am on my second pacemaker with Dr. Lowe. I cannot think of a more wonderful person that helps save my life.

This so called Dr. Deserves minus star ratings. My husband died soon after having a cardio ablasion procedure that was done by this "Dr"

This review is a joint review of Dr. Lo as well as her office. I had an initial consult with Dr. Lo and left the room more confused than when I went in. She spoke to me like I was also an Electrophysiologist and I had to get a debrief from her nurse, Angie, of what next steps were and she gave her direct number if I had any questions. I waited and waited for a call back on results from a test that was ran and never received one. I called and left voicemails multiple times with Angie and never received a call back explaining the test results. I did however get a letter with the test results 2+ weeks later. I was supposed to receive another test and each time I was called I unfortunately missed it. The voicemail directed to the general Heart Hospital number to schedule but every time I called back I would get the usual "...experiencing unusually high call volume..." and would hang up after 15 minutes of waiting. Overall this was a horrible experience with this clinic and I would not recommend. I was able to find another provider who saw me and was able to read the results of my tests and relay that information to me as Dr. Lo's office wasn't interested in helping.
