CHI St. Vincent Heart Clinic Arkansas - Kanis

My husband and I both go to this clinic. I see Dr. Rao and he sees Dr. Siddiqui. Every time we go there, which is getting more frequent due to our age) I have never had a problem. These two have taken good care of us, I trust them both. When I had surgery Dr. Rayburn was the surgeon. He is great too. Fortunately I have not experienced long waits and everyone has been very friendly. 10 stars if I could.

Our appointment was at 2pm. We arrived 15 minutes early as instructed. Sat in waiting room until 2:45 waiting to be called. Finally got back into room at 3pm. Dr Patel was very nice and thorough once we finally saw her. But their appointment scheduler needs work.

I had to take a moment to thank both Ms Cynthia the CT tech, and Ms Jennifer the RN. I'd dreaded this appointment for almost a year. After fighting with my insurance company for approval, I was able to be seen. These two amazing ladies prpvoded some of the best service I've ever experienced. They walked me through step by step. They thoroughly explained what was to happen in detail. I was not left out of the loop for one sec. They educated me on things as well as gave me instructions for the after. This was an amazing experience and I thank them both.

Everyone is very pleasant the minute you walk in the door. Pretty much on time with my appts. Not like other Dr offices. Dr Patel is a life savor. very thural and explains everything to where you completely know what's going on. her nurse (Rachel) is fantastic.

Took my grandmother and her boyfriend (who has dementia) they had separate appointments. The staff is so rude. I get that it is early in the morning but as someone who works in healthcare you are taught to put that aside and welcome your patients with a positive attitude, care and respect.
