They make appoints and tell us to check in on the second floor. Then, the only person that can check us in is not there, so we have to go back downstairs to check in at the main check in.... that has one person checking in 40+ people. What a joke! This is cheaper for the hospital but proves they care nothing about their patients time or the people that bring patients to appointments.
