I had my 2nd child delivered here with Dr. Emily Williams and my experience overall was a 10/10. From the visits, to the hospital experience, to the delivery, everything was truly great! I was nervous about switching doctors & hospitals to have my 2nd child, but I didn't live near Conway Regional anymore where I had my first so we had to switch everything up and I'm so satisfied with the decision. My girl was delivered here on 5/15/25 by Dr. Williams and her team via c-section and I'm honestly shook how smooth the experience went. Dr. Williams, the anesthesiologist who done the epidural and even the nurse who held my hand through it, and all of the ones who helped, I'm talking made the surgery experience SO smooth (I deal with high anxiety so this was so crucial to me). They talked me through every step, just a completely different experience from what I had with my first cesarean, and I was just highly impressed! My healing experience has been great and my baby is here and healthy! Shout out to the whole team from the doctors to the nurses and even the sweet ladies who worked from the cafeteria dropping off trays, I couldn't ask for a better experience! Thank you Baptist Health, much love and gratitude!!!

My husband had a triple bypass last week. I would love to take this moment to thank all the staff. So kind. So understanding. The staff you have there did an amazing job. From the bottom of my heart THANK YOU. We are truly blessed.

Aug 17 I was transported to Baptist ER after suffering a serious leg injury while preaching. My intake started well, but the charge nurse, Cathy, completely changed the experience. She rudely yelled at my wife for attempting to take a photo of my injury, sent security to try to search her phone, and then banned my family from coming back to support me--leaving me without a patient advocate during a very painful and difficult time. I was asked to do things I physically could not do with a torn quadriceps, and was even discharged with a prescription to a pharmacy that was closed. Only after calling supervisors did I finally get a usable prescription. This was one of the worst medical experiences I have ever had. I will not be returning to Baptist ER.

It is never easy to leave a bad review, especially when dealing with a healthcare setting, but I am so disappointed in the standard of care that this facility provides. My mother was recently hospitalized here and the experience was less than satisfactory. Many of the staff members I encountered did not answer any questions that I had about my mother's diagnosis or plan of care. They did not provide lab results, information of medications being given, or simply her true diagnosis. There also seemed to be poor communication amongst all the team that worked with her. It seemed like no one was on the same page about her diagnosis and that was very frightening to me. The discharge paperwork that she was sent home with provided very little information on her follow up care or what to expect when she returned home. Her "primary diagnosis" was listed on her discharge paperwork and it was NOT what she was being treated for. Also, in order to access any more information, you must create a portal, to create the portal you also need an activation code, which she was not provided with. I fully understand the workload and stress that healthcare workers face, but there is no excuse for such poor patient care. With all this being said, there were a couple of good people that we encountered and I am thankful they were there. I am leaving this review to stress the following: if you can avoid this hospital, please do so. Please keep in mind that a bigger hospital does NOT equal better care.

Hello I was born at your hospital in Little Rock in 2001. My mother told me Dr. Peggy Guard used to take photos with newborns. I'd love to know if she is still practicing there and if there's any way to see my baby photo. My mum really liked her experience with her and would love to hear about her and what she's doing now. Thank you!
