About Dr. UAMS Health - Tanmay A. Bhamare, M.D.
Tanmay Bhamare, M.D., a faculty member at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences since 2017: serves as the Medical Director of the Adult Congenital Heart Disease Program at Arkansas Children's. Congenital heart disease affects a large sector of the population, in fact more adults are living with this disease than children. Dr. Bhamare provides the ongoing care adult patients may need in dealing with the unique health challenges congenital heart disease presents. Dr. Bhamare is also available to see patients in our new multidisciplinary Fontan clinic.
