I have been coming to NEA for 25 plus years. Obviously I am pleased. I was Dr Hall's patient and now have Dr Bennett. He is personable and takes time to explain my labs when I have questions. I dreaded changing doctors but it has been a pleasant experience!

Ashley House is truly the best. She's incredibly caring, attentive, and genuinely takes the time to make you feel heard. Throughout my entire appointment, I never felt rushed. She explained everything clearly and made sure I fully understood what was going on. What really stood out to me was her compassion. During one of my visits, I was feeling emotional, and at the end of the appointment, she gave me a reassuring hug and told me everything would be okay. That small gesture meant so much. Ashley didn't just treat me like a patient she treated me like a whole person. I can't recommend her enough!!!

The Baptist My Chart is fantastic. They make it easy to pre check in and to follow up on your visits. Dr Parnell and the entire staff are always friendly and concerned of your wellbeing. They always explain any procedures and results in plain English. Furthermore, the clinic, lab and other facilities are all handy. I'm completely satisfied with NEA Baptist Medical Center.

My experience was terrible. I was seeing the Dr for the 1st time and setting up as a new patient . I also stated to him that it was time for my 3 month evaluation for my anxiety and panic disorder medication. All was going good with the nurse my BP was up pretty but I had stated that I had death in my family and had been barely sleeping and under alot of stress last few weeks. Nurse does her job and leaves and dr enters few mins later. He immediately said tht xanax is not a good medication to treat my disorder and then asked me had my previous Dr's tried me on any other meds beside xanax and said yes sir. They got me to try almost every medication possible for about auear before Initially got prescribed xanax. So his bright idea was to cut me down form 90 pills at taking 3 times per days to twice a day on script of 60 and also to take a new medication once per day along with it. I was cool with that. He asked me to sign hippa forms and I did . He then stated for me to go down hall for urine test. I refuse the test not because I couldn't pass it. I simply told him man im 45 years old and I've been taking this medication for about 9 years now and not once have been drug tested and that I have real insurance and not no freaking medicaid and as I man with morals i refuse to take a freaking drug test like a junkie. It just rubbed the wrong way. Like maybe if he would've tested me 3 months down the kine at my next evaluation then I might been cool with it . Its just rubbed me the wrong way for it being our first time seeing each other and clearly he must've thought all black men does drugs. I refused services and told them they can have that $20 copay and ill find me a more respectable Dr thatknow how to treat patients and especially when a person is having to bury their loved one 3 days later.
