Dr. Cranfill and his nurse practitioner are always very thorough, courteous and never fail to answer any question I may have. Dr. Cranfill always gets me in when I need to make an appointment unlike my previous doctor who always made me wait 3 or 4 weeks before he could see me. Also, Doctor Cranfill's staff always returns my calls unlike my prior doctor who rarely returned my calls. I am very pleased with Dr. Cranfill and his staff.
Dr. Cranfill is very candid, which I appreciate. He was attentive, listened, made eye contact, and was personable. He took plenty of time for the visit. His nurse was great and communicated by phone regarding referral appointments and medication. Sigh! All the things I mentioned were exactly what was missing from my last doctor. I left having confidence in my future care.
