They don't call, the doc failed after 3 different appointments to have a clue what my history was, (and it's not that complicated). I've left messages every day for a week waiting on results from blood tests that the doc says "are a big deal"... yet no call back... my pharmacy still hasn't seen the prescription they sent. If you actually want to be cared for... try elsewhere.
I was turned down at this clinic for services in which I had been referred from my doctor. I have insurance that would have covered the services provided today. But they said I had a prior bill from the emergency room almost 20 years ago. I couldn't be seen today unless I paid the bill. They wouldn't even work out a payment plan. I wouldn't recommend this facility to anyone. I changed my doctor and went to another system.
Even one star is too many! I used to see Dr. Richard Griffiths at this clinic, but one day I left the diabetes educator a message to call me back as I was needing help with my insulin pump. I NEVER received a call back from her. Dr. Griffiths' nurse doesn't know how to return calls either. I wouldn't recommend this clinic to anyone.
Nurse was VERY rude. I don't believe they performed tests correctly. They also didn't give me written instructions to take a test at home.
