Don't take your loved one to this hospital! My mom is in this hospital right now and I want to transfer her but she doesn't want to because she says she will have to start the whole process of labs and everything all over. I told her how she is being treated is much more important than starting over. Catheter leaking laying in urine, takes forever to come when called It's been a horrible experience and to top it off she never got dinner this evening. Told the nurses dietary came in and told us they would bring her a tray never received it! I went and bought my mom food so she could eat! I have a pictures attached of how dirty the blinds are. They look like they haven't been cleaned in god knows how long! I dont understand how this hospital is still open ! Never again! If I could give 0 stars I definitely would have because 1 is to good for this place!

I had an emergency involving my ashtma/allergies and the team of people who took care of me were quick and compassionate. The Doctor who treated me (Scott, I believe) was very kind which honestly suprised me due to past experiences at other hospitals. I received high quality care in a timely as possible manner and was overall impressed/satisfied with my experience here.

I shared a photo from the reception desk. I did not feel respected during my visit. I came to the ER after experiencing excruciating abdominal and back pain for over 12 hours. After I turned in my check in form and sat back down, the two people in the registration area started talking about how I was just faking. They did this for the people that came after me too. They'd be all fake nice when someone would approach the desk, but the second the person turned around their facial expressions changed to disgust and annoyance. This is my first experience at this hospital since I had to relocate to Arkansas from Texas. I came here because I was told by friends that ChinSt. Vincent was not a good emergency department. I may give them a try if I ever need ER services again. **Edited to add* I am updating my post now that I am home. The staff in the emergency room were all very nice once I go to my room. I don't recall my nurse's name but she can Dr Scott were amazing. They took the time to talk to me and my friend that came with me and answered our questions without making us feel rushed or stupid. They listened to our concerns about how the front desk staff was acting and reported to their boss who then came and spoke to us. I ended up needing an emergency appendectomy, so definitely was not faking it.

Words can't explain how thankful I am for this wonderful hospital and it's wonderful staff members. Every single person that came in contact with me were supportive and very sweet. I had surgery today and everyone took care of me so good and helped calm me down. Out of all the local hospitals I am just amazed at how the staff go above and beyond for their patients and this is every single time I come in. Today I had nurse Mary and nurse Helen take care of me in outpatient in the hospital before and after my surgery. They were absolute angels.

I don't care ab the negative reviews we just happened to be in the area and my uncle started to have really bad kidney pain they were pretty close to us they answered the phone pretty quickly and they really helped him out! The receptionist was a little mean which I could feel its 4 AM but the rest of people are amazing! We appreciate it!
