If I could give negative stars I would. We moved to the area about 5 months ago, for the last 4 months I have been trying to get my husband an appointment here. His old Dr has faxed his records 5 times and mailed them once. Every time I call I'm told that they need his records before they can make an appointment. Half the time whoever I talk to acts like they couldn't care less if someone needs to see a Dr and the other half they're rude. If I had any other options I would not go here.
I seen Dr. Radhakrishnan today for my lungs and he explained my condition easily. The appointment was easy to make and was happy with the care I received.
Registration staff extremely rude and unprofessional! I definitely will be seeing bout finding a new pulmonologist!
Honestly the worst experience of my life. If you have the option to go anywhere else I'd advise it.
