I have had an angiogram scheduled for 2 weeks. And I go today and they tell me that they still haven't gotten a prior authorization from my insurance yet and I will have to reschedule. I have already had to find someone to drive me to and from, but ok. I get home and call my insurance company and they tell me I don't have to have a prior authorization. These office people don't know ANYTHING!!! I will NOT be coming back here.

I was to get cleared by Cardio before another procedure. It took three weeks to get an appointment due to a referral communication error. I waited over two hours past my appointment time. Dr. Thomas ran test and l found nothing wrong. He chuckled about why I was there. He stated I didn't need to be there for that procedure. He then scheduled more test and wouldn't clear me without me returning. Very unprofessional or there is a big communication issue or something.
Went there a few times and was completely brushed off because I was young. Test weren't thorough and my questions were laughed at and brushed off. One appt he saw me for 3 minutes said I was fine and took me out to the hallway again. $300 dollar visit. Went to another cardiologist after that, and they found out I had a-fib right away. Wouldn't recommend this guy at all.
Dr. Thomas came highly recommended; however I was very disappointed with my daughter's visit with him. The visit was very rushed. He did not give her time to ask questions and walked out while she was asking questions. He focused on one area of her health and did not give her an opportunity to ask him a safe way to correct the issue of his concern.
