The young lady that answer there phone needs to find another job. She has no compassion what so ever. There rude. Because my father died and I had to council a apt. While trying to get medical proportion going they counciled my apt. Then told me they count see me ever because I couldn't make everyone else do what they wanted them to do.
So thankful for the doctor and nurses here at Central Arkansas Lung. Dr. Abraham and staff are very supportive and experienced in their field. They were so understanding, knowledgeable and communicated all of the details of my tests, my current situation and the future plans for my health. Thank you so much for caring about your patients! I appreciate you treating me and getting me in for an appointment.
1:24 arrived for 1:30 appointment 2:10 taken to consultation room. Ran bp and oxy level. 2:57 Dr Abraham enters. 3:10 consultation ended. Dr said come back in 6 months. Inconsiderate of wasting my time or showing 1 1/2 hours late for appointment. I WILL NOT BE BACK!!!
Dr. Abraham and his staff are some of most well informed and passionate medical professionals I have had the chance working with. Every step of the way from check in to check out every interaction was expedient thoughtful and respectful. I was very thankful to be refereed to this clinic!
The girl named Sheila is very rude. I would fire her in a heartbeat if that was my business the way they speak to customers are horrible dr Abraham is nice but she is very rude and unprofessional will be making a report to bbb first thing tomorrow!!!
