Ive been to this hospital multiple times to bring my husband to the emergency room for heart related medical episodes. Every time we have to wait over 7+ hours and are never treated seriously. Every time these episodes have been waived off as anxiety or heartburn even if we were sent by other doctors for heart attack risk. I highly recommend going to a different ER that will not leave you in the waiting room wondering if you or your loved one will make it through the night. It is less of a risk to make the longer drive to a different hospital.

I had to use this account to make another review. Please tell me baptist how can you deny a husband when there wife says they want them in the ultrasound room during ER visit for a miscarriage we belived she was having after we got off a vacation flight of coming back into Arkansas. Since when does hospital overule a patients consent and rights. Since when did you decide to not follow your own policy made. Yes dont respond with reach out to us and our patient advocates bc the next step is maybe it wont matter but file a lawsuit to force folks to hear what went on, force your lawyers to go in front of a judge and jury bc you big corps dont care. Instead of that day thinking a miscarriage was happening it did happen. What happen to moral support person in time of need in these situation. How was an ultrasound room unsafe, un cleaned, needing to be sterile or anything for an excuse to say husband can not come back to support a wife doing these kinds of moments. Intentional emotional distress it sounds like, upon other things. Shameful on your facility and staff and im not done fighting this issue we dont need a lawyer to file in court a 200 lawsuit to start but your will need lots more out of ypur pocket to defend it with your lawyers soon. You send a bs letter your wont fix this wrong. This is very sad how you treated a pregnant women, a wife and a husband who has had 16 years of marriage, a high risk mom in pregnancy with 5 kids and two who were premies. Let see if this review truly matters... you breach patient rights and your own policies

On-site security is comforting and the staff from reception, triage, and nursing were very nice. While I understand wait times vary based on patient load and staffing, my experience was a very quick processing and turnaround of test results. Given the situation I was in, my experience exceeded expectation.

Dr. Alexander Hargis and his team were absolutely wonderful. My 4-year-old had a piece of rubber band stuck in his ear, and although he was scared and fought the procedure, Dr. Hargis and the staff showed incredible patience, kindness, and professionalism. When sedation became the best option, they explained everything clearly and made sure my child was safe and cared for every step of the way. Their calm approach turned a very stressful situation into one where I felt reassured and supported as a parent. I'm so thankful for Dr. Hargis and his team -- they went above and beyond, and I highly recommend them.

Today, I had two surgical procedures. The Medical Center kept me appraised of the visit and notified me by phone of a schedule change which kept me from sitting much longer in the waiting area. Additionally, I must give kudos to the lady working the reception desk. She was awsome and full of personality. A great first impression of the Center. As I met various surgical nurses, the anesthetist, the doctor scheduled to perform the surgery, I was almost overwhelmed with the professionalism while feeling that each of these strangers to me could easily have been my best friend. Simply the best group of professionals with the best bedside manner for any of the surgeries I have had previously. I am an older person and I was treated with respect by everyone I met. I hope that if I have future issues I will be able to use this Medical Center. I can't think of a way they could have made me feel more comfortable, more appreciated, and more secure.
